With over 12 years of experience yakwah sport Clothing has established a modern facility located in the heart of Sialkot ,Pakistan,we strive to provide a hassle free customer service, producing high quality garments & all at a lucrative price point.

Fitness clothing

Our sewing workshop is divided into a knitting and weaving department to allow us to manufacture a broad range of goods. With each department having seperate management as well as quality control staff, we can ensure the highest quality. To optimize processes we strongly believe in the 5s methodology to keep us as efficient as possible. 

Cutting section is one of the most important section for manufacturing garments in clothing factories. There is a process which we strictly follow in the cutting section in order to send the right parts to the next process and ensure the production of quality garments. Garments

parts are cut according to the pattern.

In order to provide our clients with the possibility to manufacture goods with detailed,high precision cut designs, yakwah sport Clothing has insourced an own Laser Cutting facility. High Precision tools & skilled workmanship give our customer more freedom towards combining different fabrics on 1 garment or as a forestep of heat-wealded goods.

Our Digital Printing facility allows us more flexibility in regards to colors & quantity, without having to give up any bit of quality expectations. The inkjet printers can work up to 24hrs a day if necessary to ensure that your order will always be delivered on time!Screen print, also known as silk printing, is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a fabric, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.

Screen print offers several benefits such as durability and the vibrancy of color.

Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn.

 

Contemporary embroidery is stitched with a computerized embroidery machine using patterns digitized with embroidery software. Machine embroidery is used to add logos and monograms and can give your garment that special look!

A special Flatlock sewing machine is used to sew flatlock seams. The machine fuses 2 edges of material together creating a smooth, flat seam.

Flatlock seam garments are similar to seamless garments and are therefore extremely comfortable to wear during active Sportswear, giving the customer the best possible experience. 

Yakwah sport .is 100% export oriented composite knit garments factory. mainly oriented towards Manufacturing & exporting knit garments product.

Quality control

Yakwah sport Clothing guarantees a high control from the initial stage of sourcing raw materials to the stage of final finished garment. Our product quality is calculated in terms of quality and standard of fibres, yarns, fabric construction, colour fastness, surface designs and the final finished garment products.At yakwah sport Clothing we take this as one of our most important building blocks, to ensure our foreign customers high standard quality expectations.
